America Diversity Visa Lottery Program is here again!
Our State Department Web site for the 2013 Diversity Visa program (DV-2013) is now open. The entry submission period for DV-2013 is from 12:00PM EDT (GMT -4) on October 4, 2011 to 12:00PM EST (GMT -5) on November 5, 2011. The entry form will only be available for submission during this period and this period only. Entries will NOT be accepted through the U.S. Postal Service. After reading the instructions, scroll down and click on “Begin Entry” to enter the DV Lottery.

Please read the DV-2013 Entry Instructions carefully. Entrants may be disqualified for not completing the entry form correctly or by submitting more than one entry. Use the link below to view the instructions.

DV 2013 Program-Online Registration
The online registration period for the 2013 Diversity Visa Program (DV-2013) began at www.dvlottery.state.gov on Tuesday, October 4, 2011, at noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4), and will conclude on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at noon, Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) (GMT-4). Please read the DV-2013 Program Instructions below BEFORE submitting an entry.
