In my opinion, you gotta love what you do first. Secondly, study yourself, know your strength and weaknesses taking relevant cognisance of thses to your talent and area of interest.
And too, set short and long-term goals for yourself. This is important!
Lastly, devise an action plan to achieve these goals and then kick off!
Remember to pray for God's help.
