MANY EMPLOYERD DO NOT REQUEST FOR A COVER LETTER FROM APPLICANTS. BUT IS IT ImPORTANT TO ADD ONE TO EVERY APPLICATION?

Please note that in all applications - except otherwise instructed- your application letter is your cover letter, and it must follow the standard professional formats, submitted with your CV/Resume! Do not think that the cover letter is different from your application, its the same, but its not just any letter you write as you wish- not after realising there are numerous others competing for the limited opportunity with you!
